A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on 6th August 2009, to consider inter alia the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2009.

The Board Meeting of the Twenty First Century  Medicare Ltd will be held on 2nd September 2009, at C-5/29, Safdarjung Development Area, New Delhi-110016, at 11am to discuss the following :

         1.     Approve the audited Profit & Loss A/c. for the year ended 31st March 2009.

         2.     Approve the Director’s Report and Auditor’s Report for above.

         3.     Recommend the appointment of Mr. Sailesh Dhir as Director, who will retire by rotation.

         4.     To recommend appointment of Auditors for Financial Year 2009-2010
