The Notice setting out the business to be transacted at the meeting, together with the balance sheet as at 31st March,2008,
The Register of members and the share transfer books of the Company will be closed from 22nd September,2008 to 24th September,2008(all the days inclusive)


2.          Karthik Alloys Limited.

The share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday,27th September,2008 to Tuesday,30th September,2008(both days inclusive). We are closing the books for the purpose of holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30th September,2008.
