1. Tebma Shipyards Ltd :-

Ms. Shweta Jalan, had resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 03/07/2009 and Mr. G. Sriram, had resigned as an Independent Director of the company with effect from 07/08/2009 and the said resignation were taken on record at the board meeting held on 06/08/2009.

 

2. Mardia Tubes Ltd :-

The Board Meeting of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22nd August 2009 has decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from Wednesday, the 16th September 2009 to Thursday, the 24th September 2009 (both days inclusive ) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 29th September 2009 at 3.30 P.M. at Registered Office of the Company at J-56, M.I.D.C. Industrial Area, Tarapur, Boisar-401506.
