 A meeting of the Board of Directors of Dewas Metal Sections Ltd. will be held on Monday the 29th  July, 2008 at 4.00P.M. at  Registered  office of the company at Gram Amona,A.B. Road, Dewas-455001 (M.P.).to consider the following business:-

       1.      To consider leave of absence of directors, if any

2.      To Confirm the minutes of the last meeting of Board of Directors.

3.      To Approve the 1st quarter results ended on 30.06.2008.

4.      To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.

 

2.         Mardia Tubes Ltd.

In the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 21.07.2008,the Board of Directors in order to rehabilitate the Company, have un principally agreed for the merger of Mardia Tubes Ltd., with Mardia Samyoung Capillary tubes Co.Ltd.

Its is Proposed to approach the Hon’ble BIFR for necessary permissions and approval required for the purpose.
