1. JTL Infra Limited :-

A Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, the 26th day 
of August 2009, at 11.00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the company to 
consider the audited financial results of the company for the financial year
ended 31st March 2009.

2. Jayatma Spinners Limited :-

The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday,the
30th September 2009, at 01.00 noon at the registered office of the Company at
259, 3rd Floor, New Clothe Market, Outside Raipur Gate, Ahmedabad – 380002.

The Register of the Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from
Wednesday, the 23rd September 2009 to Wednesday, the 30th September 2009 
(both days inclusive) and dividend,if declared at the Annual General Meeting
will be paid to paid to those members whose name appear in the Register of 
Members as on 30th September 2009.

3. Mercury Laboratories Limited :-

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday,the 31st 
August 2009 at 3.30 p.m. at its Registered Office at 1st Floor, 18, Shreeji
Bhuvan, 51, Mangaldas Road, Princess Street, Mumbai to transact the business.

The Board has decided to close its Register of Members and Share Transfer 
Register from Saturday, the 22nd August 2009 to Monday, the 31st August 2009
(both the days inclusive).

4. Anjana Explosives Limited :-

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain 
closed from 25.09.2009 to 30.09.2009 (both days inclusive) in view of the 
Annual General Body Meeting to be held on 30.09.2009.
