1.Victory Laminations Limited :-

The Annual General Meeting of the Company on Wednesday, the 30th September, 2009 and the Register of Members and Share transfer books will remain closed between Tuesday, the 29th September 2009 and Wednesday, the 30th September 2009 for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.

The  company hereby give a declaration that all securities received for transfer 1 month prior to the intimation of the dates for book closure will be transferred and despatched to the transferees immediately. The Company will accept for registration transfers that are lodged with the Company up to the date of closure of books and will register such transfers forthwith. We also give an undertaking that securities pending for transfer will be transferred and dispatched within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt.

Audited Financial results of  M/s Victory Laminations  Limited for the quarter ended 31st  March , 2009 have been declared.

2. Fancy Fittings Ltd. :-

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company  will be held on Thrusday, the 30th July 2009, at 4.00p.m.at the  Registered Office of the company at 145/259, Minerva Industrial Estate, Sewri Bunder Road, Sewri (E), Mumbai-400015 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2009.

The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the company on 11th September, 2009 at 4.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 145/259, Minerva Industrial Estate, Sewri Bunder Road, Sewri (East), Mumbai-400015.

In this regard, Company  propose to keep close the Registers of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company from 4th September, 2009 to 11th September, 2009 (both days inclusive).
