At the  Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 31st July 2009, approved the following matters:

1)     Mr. Ashok B. Mandore  is reappointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from 31st July 2009.

2)     Mr. V. Srinivasa Rao is reappointed as Whole time Director, designated as Executive Director of the  company for a period of 5 years from 31st July 2009.

ICDS Securities Limited :-

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 26th September 2009 to 30th September 2009 (both days inclusive) in connection with 14th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company to be held on Wednesday, the 30th September 2009 at 11.00 A M at the Registered Office, Syndicate House, Manipal-576104(Karnataka).

A Meeting of Board of Directors of Reliance Polycrete Limited is scheduled to be held on 19th of August 2009, to inter alia consider and approve the following matters.
