1.         Fancy Fittings Ltd.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Fancy Fittings Ltd. will be held on Tuesday, the 15^th July, 2008 at 4.00p.m. at Registered  office of the company at 145/259, Minerva Industrial Estate, Sewri Bunder Road, Sewri (E),Mumbai-400015,to consider and  approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31^st March,2008 and to recommend dividend, if  any.

 

2.          Victory Laminations Limited

 The Annual General Meeting of the Victory Laminations Limited is scheduled to be   held on the 30^th September, 2008 and the Register of Members and share transfer books will remain closed between Monday, the 29^th September, 2008 and Tuesday, the 30th September 2008 for the closure of books

 

3.         Maxwell Industries Ltd.

 The Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on 30^th June 2008 has approved the following:

•  Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended on 31^st March 2008 (enclosed)

• Recommended 5% (Rs.5/-per preference shares of Rs.100/-each) dividend on redeemable    preference shares for the financial year 2007-08

• Recommended 22.50%(45 paise per equity shares of Rs.2/-each) final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2007-08.De-listing of equity shares from Over the Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI).

• Inter-se transfer of Equity shares between the promoters of the Company up to the date of Board Meeting.

• Consider and accepted the resignation received from Shri L.Vinay Reddy Director of the Company
