The Twenty First Annual General Meeting of M/s. Anod Plasma Spray Limited will be held on Wednesday, September 30th,  2009 at 5.00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company: E-20, Panki Industrial Area, Site No.1, Kanpur – 208022.

Further, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members shall remain closed  from 27th September 2009 to 30th September 2009 (both days inclusive) in view of the Annual General Meeting.
