1.   K.R.Rubberite Ltd. :-

25th Annual General Meeting of K.R. Rubberite Ltd. will be held on 26.09.2009 at 3 P.M. at the registered office of the company. The Register of Members and share transfer will remain close from 25.09.2009  to 26.09.2009 (both days inclusive).

It is further declared that all the securities received for transfer one month prior to the date of intimation of the closure of register of members or the record date have been duly transferred and despatched to the transferees. We further undertake that the securities pending for transfer and further securities lodged for transfer will be transferred and dispatched within a period of two months from the date of receipt.
