The Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company
will be held on Tuesday, the 29th September 2009, at 11 a.m.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain
closed from Thursday, September 24, 2009 to Tuesday, September 29, 2009 both
the days inclusive.
