The 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company  will be held at Plot No. 209, Sector No.1, Industrial Area, Pithampur, Dist Dhar, the Registered Office of the Company on Friday, the 25th day of September, 2009 at 11.30 A M.  The Notice setting out the business to be transacted at the meeting, together with the Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2009, the Profit and Loss Account  for the year ended on that date and the reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon shall be sent to the members separately.

The Register of Members and the share transfer books of the company will be closed from 24th September 2009 to 25th September 2009 (both days inclusive).

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 26, 2009 to Wednesday, September 30, 2009 (both days inclusive), due to the 17th Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2009.
