The Board in its meeting held on 27^th March, 2008, approved the payment of Interim Dividend @10% for the year 2007-08.

 

2.         US64 Bonds

US64 Bonds is due for maturity on 31^st May, 2008. In view of the maturity, it is decided to keep the books under US64 bonds closed from 1^st May, 2008 to 31^st May, 2008 (both days inclusive) for updation of Bondholders’ records.
