17th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on 27th August, 2010 at 4.00 p. m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 145/259, Minerva Industrial Estate, Sewri Bunder Road, Sewri (E), Mumbai – 400 015. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from 20th August 2010 to 27th August 2010 (both days inclusive).
