The Company had informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting will be held
on April 27, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited
Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2010. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board meeting to
consider the un-audited financial results for the year ended March 31,
2010 has been postponed and will now be held on April 30, 2010 at 4.00 p.m. at Baroda.
