The Company has earned a net profit after tax
of Rs.15.11 lakhs as against Rs.438.17 lakhs in the previous year. A
dividend of Rs.0.50 paise (@5%) on 28,48,332 Equity Shares of the
Company forming part of the Paid-up Equity Capital as of March 31,
2009, is declared for the financial year ended March 31, 2009, and
the same be paid to those shareholders whose names appear on the
Register of Members of the Company on September 30, 2009.
