The Board of Directors meeting scheduled on 30th June 2010 could not take place for the want of quorum and the same has been adjourned, now the meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 15.00 hours at the Registered Office of the Company, Malviya Nagar, Aishbagh, Lucknow – 226 004.
