The 26^th Annual General Meeting of M/s. K. R. Rubberite Limited will be held on 31^st August, 2010 at 3 P. M. at the registered office of the company.  The Register of Members and share transfer will remain close from 30. 08. 2010 to 31. 08. 2010 (both days inclusive).

It is further declared that all the securities received for transfer one month prior to the date of intimation of the closure of register of members or the record date have been duly transferred and dispatched to the transferees.  We further undertake that the securities pending for transfer and further securities lodged for transfer will be transferred and dispatched within a period of two month from the date of receipt.
