A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday,
the 26th of July, 2010 at 10.30 A.M. at the registered office of the
Company to take on record the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter
ended 30th June 2010 and to discuss any other matter, if any.
