remain closed from 6th August 2010 to 11th August 2010 both days
inclusive in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company
to be held on 12th August 2010 at 11.30 A.M. at the Registered Office
of the Company at Jojobera, Jamshedpur – 831 004.
