The Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on 
31st December 2009 will be held on Tuesday, 30th March, 2010 at 9.45 a.m. 
at the registered office of the Company. 

Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will be closed 
from Friday, 26th March 2010 to Tuesday, 30th March 2010 (both days 
inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
