A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 10th of July, 2010 at 10.30 A.M. at the registered office of the Company to consider re-adoption of Balance Sheet after proposed dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2010 and to discuss any other matter, if any.
