Sub: Unique Client Code for Mutual Funds and FIIs

 Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find enclosed SEBI circular No. MRD/DoP/SE/Cir-35/2004 dated October 26, 2004.

The above circular pertains to entering the unique client codes for MFs and FIIs at order entry level and allocation to individual schemes in the post closing session.

Members/dealers are advised to bring these provisions to the notice of all their clients for ensuring necessary compliance.
