 Sub : Turnover details of Member /Dealers  on the Exchange

 This is with further to our circular ref no.3346/2002/CP/MDD/1060 dated December 20, 2002 and 0181/2003/CP/MDD/0083 dated January 23, 2003 on the captioned subject.

 SEBI vide their letter SMD/DBA-II/AK/2877/2003 dated February 04, 2003 have advised us to inform the member / dealers the following:

1. It would be presumed that the turnover of the member/ dealers does not include any of the   transactions eligible for concessions and hence would not be eligible for availing concessional rate in respect of fees payable by them for the concerned years, and

2.  The member would have to pay fees at a flat rate of 0.01% of the total turnover reported by the Exchange to SEBI (after deducting first one crore of turnover on which Rs.5000/- would be payable)
